General Manager - Quick Service & Fast-Casual Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) known for its burgers, fries, milkshakes, and drive-thru operations.

This is more than a General Manager position—it's an opportunity to build toward becoming a Franchise Partner. We're looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who is passionate about developing teams, driving financial performance, and ultimately owning and operating their own restaurant.

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, staffing, financial performance, and operational excellence. You'll lead by example, build future leaders, and create a culture of accountability while consistently delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Manage restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability.
• Drive sales growth, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning.
• Analyze key performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Foster an ownership mentality and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

Required

• 2 years of General Manager experience in Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR), Fast Casual, High-Volume Restaurants, or Convenience Store Food Service.
• Experience with leading chicken QSR brands is highly preferred.
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen.
• Proven success managing labor, food cost, staffing, and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and promote successful teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in future ownership opportunities.
• Valid Driver's License and U.S. work authorization.
