Chef de Cuisine | Premium Steak & Seafood

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for an established upscale French-Vietnamese restaurant in Atlanta. This is a high-volume leadership opportunity with approximately $9M in annual sales, serving roughly 150 covers on weekdays and 200 covers on weekends.

The ideal candidate is a polished, hands-on hospitality leader with experience managing sophisticated dining operations, large teams, high guest volumes, and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including FOH, bar, and guest experience
• Lead, coach, and develop management and service teams
• Maintain exceptional fine-dining hospitality and service standards
• Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational performance
• Manage P&L, labor, food/beverage costs, inventory, and purchasing
• Monitor financial and operational performance and implement action plans
• Recruit, train, and develop managers and hourly employees
• Oversee high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH execution
• Manage guest relations and resolve service concerns professionally
• Support private dining, special events, and VIP experiences
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience
• Proven General Manager experience in fine dining, upscale dining, or high-volume full-service restaurants
• Experience managing a $5M annual-volume restaurant preferred
• Proven ability to lead large teams and high-volume services
• Strong knowledge of P&L, labor, food/beverage cost, inventory, and financial controls
• Polished guest-facing presence with exceptional hospitality skills
• Experience with private dining, events, and sophisticated beverage programs is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on leadership style with strong operational discipline
• Ability to manage fluctuating business volumes and fast-paced service
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
