A premier fine dining destination in Cleveland is seeking an accomplished Chef de Cuisine to lead culinary operations in a sophisticated, high-volume environment.

We’re looking for a hands-on culinary leader with a strong fine dining, upscale steakhouse, or luxury restaurant background who knows how to maintain exceptional standards while leading a demanding kitchen team.

What You’ll Bring:
• Senior culinary leadership experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or similar
• Strong fine dining or upscale steakhouse experience
• High volume kitchen leadership experience
• Expertise with premium proteins, seafood, butchery, sauces, and scratch cooking
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain culinary teams
• Strong food and labor cost management skills
• High standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
• Hands on leadership style with strong organizational and communication skills
