Assistant Manager – Quick Service Restaurant
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution
- Assist with food preparation, quality control, and food safety compliance
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members during shifts
- Help manage labor, inventory, and operational efficiency
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards
- Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain a positive customer experience
- Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Maintain strong communication with team members and leadership
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-paced food service environment
- Experience with food preparation and kitchen operations required
- Prior leadership, shift lead, or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
