Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in delivering a warm and polished client experience while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming office environment
• Offer refreshments and attend to client comfort during visits
• Confirm upcoming client appointments and assist with scheduling as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution
• Maintain office supplies and restock as needed
• Contact insurance carriers and vendors to request forms and information
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and client-first mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic office technology (phone systems, mail, outlook)
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, but not required

Schedule

• Part-time hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm

Compensation
