Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at our office in Aliso Viejo, CA. The Administrative Assistant will support team operations through various tasks such as managing schedules, handling phone communications, performing clerical duties, maintaining records, and assisting with executive administrative needs. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, organize documents, and handle office operations efficiently
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and team members
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior team members in their responsibilities
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard administrative tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a client-first attitude
- Previous experience in a financial services or advisory environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
