**Job Summary:**
As a PRN Caregiver/Care Partner at our senior living facility, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents every day. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and a chance to work in a rewarding environment where kindness and integrity are valued.
**Qualifications:**
- Possesses applicable certifications as required by the state
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
