This role combines advanced neuroscience with hands-on patient care, offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do
As a Nursing/Medical Assistant - TMS, you’ll administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy—a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment for depression and other mental health conditions. You’ll also support clinical operations as a nurse aide, ensuring seamless care delivery and a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain TMS equipment with a focus on safety and precision
- Assist providers with Mapping and ReMT sessions
- Collaborate with psychiatry staff to ensure accurate treatment planning
- Manage patient documentation and clinic inventory
- Support administrative and clinical staff as needed
- Provide rooming and clinical assistant support during downtime
- Uphold company policies and regulatory standards
What You Bring
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emotionally sensitive situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience in a clinical or TMS-related role (1 year preferred)
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
