, you'll be at the heart of our pharmacy operations — ensuring each patient receives timely, personalized support throughout their treatment journey.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, physicians, and care teams regarding prescriptions, deliveries, and pharmacy services.
- Coordinate orders, verify information, and communicate proactively to keep patients informed and supported.
- Address questions, concerns, or changes in patient status with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacists to ensure seamless care and exceptional service quality.
- Document all communications accurately and escalate urgent or sensitive issues as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and patient confidentiality.
What You Bring
- At least
2 years of experience
in a medical or pharmacy setting (call center experience preferred). - Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
- A genuine commitment to improving patients' experiences and outcomes.
- Pharmacy Technician License preferred but not required.
