Who You Are:
✔️ A Registered Associate (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) in California
✔️ Willing to work with children, adolescents, and adult clients
✔️ Willing to work 25 billable hours/week in-office (yes, we love your face in real life)
✔️ Eager to grow clinically, professionally, and maybe even existentially
✔️ Excited to be part of a fun, supportive, and just slightly quirky team
✔️ Open to feedback, collaboration, and learning how to turn therapist burnout into therapist brilliance
