The Relationship Elevation and Learning Institute (The R.E.A.L. Institute) is expanding, and we are seeking a warm, knowledgeable, and visionary Clinical Supervisor to support the clinical development of our Associate Clinicians and help shape the future of our supervision program.

Who You Are
✔️ A licensed mental health professional in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)
✔️ Minimum of 2 years of independent licensure, per BBS supervision requirements
✔️ Experienced in supervising AMFTs, ACSWs, and/or APCCs
✔️ Skilled in group facilitation and clinically rich dialogue
✔️ Passionate about teaching, mentorship, and deepening clinical identity
✔️ Organized, reliable, and able to maintain a consistent weekly supervision schedule
✔️ A strong communicator who values warmth, transparency, and reflective practice
✔️ Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment rooted in authenticity and purpose
✔️ Excited to co-create supervision content that aligns with our vision, mission, and clinical model

What You Will Do
Weekly Group Supervision
Lead and facilitate weekly in-person group supervision for our Associate Clinicians.
Guide case conceptualization, risk assessment, clinical formulation, ethical reasoning, and professional identity development.
✏️ Co-Create Supervision Curriculum
In partnership with our Founder & CEO, you will develop meaningful, mission-aligned supervision content—rooted in:
- The REAL model of clinical growth
- Depth-oriented therapy
- Evidence-based interventions
- Documentation, ethics, and compliance
- Professional identity and private practice development
Curriculum development is paid at an additional contracted rate mutually agreed upon.
Provide Individual/Triadic Supervision
Supervise up to 2–3 Registered Associates at any given time.
Support them in building competence, confidence, and a strong foundation for future private practice success.
Uphold Our Vision & Clinical Standards
You are a culture-keeper, mentor, and steady presence who helps Associates feel supported, challenged, and aligned with the mission of elevating the modern American family.
Compensation & Employment Structure
$100 per Associate supervised weekly
$100 per Group Supervision session led
Additional contracted rate for curriculum/content development
Flexible structure: Candidates may join us as a 1099 contractor or a W-2 employee—we are open to both options based on your preference.
