The Opportunity for the Tax & Accounting Manager
We are looking for a motivated individual willing to rise to a challenge and who seeks personal and professional development. The Senior Tax & Accounting Manager will play a vital role in the accuracy and timely management of firm business and in ongoing growth and development.
You will lead our team of professionals, consulting on various client activities, including bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and consulting services. Experience with tax prep and review is a must.

- Salary: $95,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year

Duties and Expectations of the Tax & Accounting Manager
As the Senior Tax & Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing a variety of account transactions, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensure complete, accurate and timely completion of financial and accounting records for clients.
- Individual, corporate, and partnership tax knowledge
- Small business returns up to $2M in rev.
- S Corps, C Corps, LLCs
- Familiarity with local, state, federal and US reporting requirements
- Prep of financial statements
- Payroll and sales tax returns
- IRS, FDOR correspondence
Requirements of the Role
- 5-10 years experience in a Tax & Accounting Manager role
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Licensed CPA in the state of Florida
- On-Site only, no remote work
- Extended hours during tax season
Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
