What You’ll Do
- Provide daily resident care with compassion and respect
- Complete resident rounds at the start of shift and every 2 hours
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily comfort needs
- Make beds, tidy bedside areas, and ensure safe, clean spaces
- Report and document resident status to nursing team
- Support Charge Nurse and care team as needed
- Active Missouri CNA license (required)
- BLS/CPR certification
- 6 months CNA experience preferred
- Compassion, teamwork, and strong communication skills
