We\'re hiring a 3rd Grade Math Teacher who can make math fun, approachable, and meaningful for students. You\'ll help build strong foundational skills while encouraging curiosity, problem-solving, and confidence.
What You\'ll Do
- Teach 3rd grade math and science using Texas standards (TEKS) and STAAR expectations
- Create lessons that are interactive, hands-on, and engaging
- Support students at different learning levels and help them grow
- Track progress and adjust lessons as needed
- Use data (including STAAR-aligned assessments) to guide instruction
- Keep open communication with parents and guardians
- Work closely with your grade-level team and school staff
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm into your classroom every day
What We\'re Looking For
- Texas teaching certification
- A genuine passion for teaching and working with elementary students
- Strong understanding of STAAR expectations and data-driven instruction
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Someone who\'s flexible, positive, and team-oriented
