We curate and resell the most coveted closets around the world through our Instagram Live Shows.

About the Role

The Fulfillment & Production Coordinator plays a key role in expanding our Instagram Live Show programming and keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This position manages real-time transactions during our Live Shows, oversees post-show fulfillment, and is critical to our daily operations and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Live Show Operations

• Serve as an in-show moderator, commenting product details (e.g., brand, size, fit, price) in real time using clear and professional language
• Respond to customer questions (included but not limited to fabric, fit and condition of products)
• Accurately monitor, record and communicate all transactions during the show
• Organize sold products for a seamless checkout experience

Post-Show Fulfillment

• Pack and prepare Live Show orders with accuracy, speed and care
• Organize and prep orders for pickup or shipping
• Update internal tracking documents (e.g., customer data, sales logs, viewer stats etc.)
• Partner closely with the Fulfillment, Marketing, and Live Show teams to ensure operational excellence

Operational Support

• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and proactively manage restocks
• Provide customer service support via email and SMS
• Troubleshoot shipping logistics issues with UPS (our primary shipping partner)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional Fulfillment Department space

Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Special Projects

• Assist in hosting or co-hosting Instagram Live Shows
• Help pull merchandise to be featured on camera based on customer feedback and trends
• Collaborate with the Live Show team to improve processes and customer experience

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, fashion, or a related field preferred

• Strong organizational skills to organize and prep orders
• Basic data entry and record keeping skills
• Ability to work effectively in an open workspace environment and contribute positively to company culture
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other colleagues
• Proactive problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Comfort and professionalism in a studio environment where models are changing to showcase different products during Live Shows
• Proficiency in using and learning software applications and digital tools relevant to the role, including inventory management software and internal communication platforms
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and reaching
• Capable of lifting and moving boxes or inventory up to 30 pounds
• Genuine passion for fashion and luxury resale

The Refind offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience and industry standards for the Seattle market. The pay range for this role is $28 to $30 an hour and employees are eligible for a quarterly bonus. We are committed to fostering a fun, supportive, and engaging work environment.
