Position Summary
The Redpoint Center is seeking PRN Outpatient Therapists to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to adolescents and/or adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Your clinical expertise will play a key role in supporting recovery, stability, and overall well-being within our programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize appropriate crisis managment techniques to support client confidentiality
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with program standards
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive client care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
(Provisional licensure will be considered)
- Active and valid Colorado state licensure as a therapist or counselor (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Employment Details

Pay: $75.00 per hour
