Position Summary
The Part-Time Administrative Technician plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of The Redpoint Center. This position is responsible for clerical tasks, coordinating group-related activities, managing communications, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. The Administrative Technician will work closely with leadership and clinical teams to facilitate smooth operations and provide support where needed. This role also involves overseeing drug and alcohol screening procedures in accordance with program requirements.

Job Duties
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Manage communication, including emails and phone calls related to group attendance, and redirect clients to appropriate staff when necessary
- Receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain inventory and notify the office manager as needed for supply orders
- Support company leadership with administrative functions
- Update client records in the EMR system with drug testing results
- Monitor and replenish snack and cleaning supplies as needed
- Ensure common areas are clean and organized
- Check group rooms before and after sessions to maintain order
- Administer and document client drug and alcohol screens, including collecting and properly storing urine drug tests and breathalyzer results
- Coordinate client graduations and celebrations
- High school diploma required
- Experience with administrative procedures and systems
- Proficiency in using computers and office software
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle drug and alcohol screening procedures with professionalism and confidentiality
- Behavioral health experience strongly preferred
- Parttime position requiring 1020 hours per week
- Onsite role requiring regular interaction with staff and clients
- Expected to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards

Salary : $18 - $22
