- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure optimal customer service delivery.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
