As Sr. Director of UVA Community Laboratory Services, you will oversee all community lab operations-including clinical, anatomic, molecular, and outreach services. Be responsible for operational excellence, workforce engagement, financial sustainability, and service growth. Collaborate with medical directors and clinicians to align lab capabilities with clinical needs, while advancing innovation, automation, and efficiency. Direct strategic planning, capital investment, compliance, quality, and finances. Work with executives and staff to drive lab integration and partner with university medical center leadership to enhance pathology services and develop a skilled workforce across the region.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate degree in Medical Technology/Lab Science required. Graduate Degree in Healthcare preferred.
Experience: Candidates must demonstrate sustained senior-level laboratory leadership, including a minimum of 3 years at the Director level or higher, and 10 years of responsible laboratory management experience within an integrated health system.
