๐ Hybrid in Plano (3 Days a week onsite)
๐ Fixed Term Contract - 6 months
Weโre hiring a second Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client based in Dallas.
This is a Hybrid role with some office time (3 days per week).
Youโll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast, with a main focus across technology business units. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for the client.
Ideally, you will also be able to support early careers / early talent hiring, so previous experience in this area will be very helpful.
๐ What Youโll Do:
- Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
- Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
- Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months

- 5 years in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience hiring across technical verticals
- Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
- Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
- Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
