You’ll work to proactively solve challenges, and serve as a mentor to junior team members. You may also take on coordination responsibilities, helping organize team efforts to meet hiring goals and operational deadlines.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Refine scalable recruitment processes for sales functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all-level sales roles, ensuring a high-quality pipeline and efficient hiring process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, interview best practices, and candidate experience guidance.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Support change management initiatives related to recruitment tools, processes, and employer branding.
- 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Sales roles.
- Previous experience in an agency recruiting environment is required.
- Proven success in building and scaling recruitment processes for high-growth sales teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments.
- Experience executing change management plans for small to medium-sized projects.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions within defined boundaries.
- Experience mentoring or coordinating small teams is a plus.
- Relevant external qualifications in HR, recruitment, or related fields are a bonus.
- Willing to report to Dallas, TX office 2 days a week.
- Salary Range $115,000-$125,000
