About The Role
Our team is growing at The RealReal, and we’re seeking experienced salespeople to help drive repeat consignment business. The Luxury Account Specialist (LAS) - WEST drives repeat business by acquiring consigned items from our existing clients within an assigned territory. What You Get To Do Everyday
Connect with established clients to re-engage and drive consignment activity
Follow up on leads generated by marketing team
Leverage strong client relationships to gain referrals for new business
Outreach daily to existing clients
Provide an outstanding client experience
Review contract with clients
Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury, while utilizing internal tools and resources
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven success in a quota-carrying, direct sales environment
Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility with clients
Proficiency and comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
A solutions-focused mentality with a growth mindset
Adaptability and openness to change
Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Requirements
Previous experience selling luxury goods and/or services
Ability to discuss and advise customers on general fashion trends and developments in the luxury market
Compensation, Benefits, Perks
Base pay PLUS uncapped commission
$1,000/month commission (at target) - top performers earning over $2,000 /month commission
