Remodeling Contractor for All Trades to work with Real Estate Team

Job Overview

We are seeking quality and skilled Remodeling Contractors and Sub-Contractors with expertise across different trades to collaborate closely with our dedicated Real Estate Team. In this role, you will lead and execute comprehensive remodeling projects, transforming properties to meet client specifications and enhance market value. Your hands-on skills, construction management knowledge, and keen eye for detail will drive successful project completion from start to finish. Responsibilities

• conduct remodeling projects, ensuring adherence to construction plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Execute a wide range of building tasks including carpentry, masonry, flooring, roofing, siding, countertops, cabinets, windows, painting, landscaping and more!
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on outdoor and indoor projects.
• Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to accurately execute remodeling tasks aligned with client specifications.
• Conduct construction inspections to monitor progress, identify issues early, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the real estate team to assess property needs, prepare accurate construction estimates using construction estimating skills, and plan project timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for building material installation such as electrical wiring, plumbing systems, drywall, flooring materials, and other finishes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project progress using Bluebeam or similar digital tools; ensure all work aligns with approved plans.
• Ensure all work sites are safe by adhering strictly to safety protocols; promote a culture of safety among team members.
• Perform outdoor work including landscaping modifications, stucco application on exterior walls, hardscape installations, and other exterior improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial remodeling projects with comprehensive construction site experience.
• Strong knowledge of building construction processes including carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, drywall finishing, flooring installation, window and door hanging.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, plastering tools, and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation.
• Knowledge of construction management principles including scheduling, safety protocols adherence, and quality control.
• Experience with outdoor work environments such as landscaping or exterior stucco applications preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
• Valid certifications in construction inspection or safety training are a plus; relevant experience in building material installation is essential.

Pay: $62,843.96 - $75,683.05 per year
