This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role at Eagle Nexus Real Estate, located in Montgomery, TX. The Real Estate Agent will focus on helping clients buy, sell, and invest in properties while providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include networking with potential clients, managing property listings, conducting market research, and negotiating transactions to achieve client goals. The agent will also collaborate with the team to maximize sales opportunities, utilize advanced tools for marketing and lead generation, and participate in training and development sessions to enhance their expertise.
- Possession of a current and valid Real Estate License
- In-depth knowledge or experience in Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and a team-focused mindset
- Familiarity with Montgomery, TX and surrounding areas is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing tools is advantageous
