What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Buyer'S Sales Specialist position at The Real Estate Center | Attorney Backed Agents™️?

You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Compensation:$75,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Successfully close an average of 2 sales per month during a calendar year
- Must consistently utilize our proven systems and tools (provided by the company) to expand your career
- Participate in weekly team meetings and check-ins with your mentor agent
- Complete assigned training specific to the position
- Take part in team activities and events sponsored by the company
- Perform data entry into databases, including CRM programs, data spreadsheets, etc
- Follow the lead protocol as established by leadership at The Real Estate Center
Qualifications:
- An established track record of successful real estate sales
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
- Current Wisconsin Real Estate License (qualified candidate may be in the process of obtaining a license)
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Personable with outstanding customer service skills that exceed expectations and keep clients not only satisfied but happy
- Must possess outstanding listening skills!
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with multi-tasking and creativity
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology and understanding of Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and use of G-Drive
- Must be willing to work, including some weekends and evenings
