- Monitor dining room flow and guest needs
- Communicate wait times and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with beverage refills and front-of-house support
- Maintain cleanliness of host stand, menus, glassware, and entry areas
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and presentable
- Answer phones and assist with reservations and to-go orders
- Enter and manage guest information in the POS/reservation system
- Support team members to ensure smooth service
