Salary: $20.39- $23.00 (depending on experience)

Additional: The candidate shall provide services between the core work hours of 0730 and 1630, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, unless specified otherwise

Job Description/ Psychological Behavioral Health Coordinator:

• Timely delivery of clinical paperwork, including entries into eCase, eProfile updates, completion of DA Form 3822, Standard Form 600, and other forms when required no later than five (5) business days following a Soldier contact.

• Maintain soldier medical records in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 40-66.

• Provide reports and updates to the Director of Psychological Health (DPH), J9, and respective organizations on the deployability and readiness of each soldier.

• The candidate may need to travel to various Ohio National Guard Facilities to attend meetings, conduct training, and conduct postvention services.

• The candidate will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract. All travel requires COR recommendation for approval and/or authorization by the KO prior to travel arrangements being made.

• The candidate may be required to travel to off-site training locations and to ship training aids to these locations in the performance of this contract. The cost of shipping training aids shall be borne by the Government. The contractor will be reimbursed for the costs of shipping training aids in accordance with the JTR and limitation of funds in this contract.

• The candidate shall ensure all psychological health processes comply with current Army Regulations, Department of Defense Instructions, and Personnel Policy Guidance.
