What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker's Assistant position at The Ranchers Club?
Bakers Assistant
- Scheduled Hours may vary: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm or shifts deemed by Executive Chef
- Must be able to read and follow written recipes.
- Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours.
- Make bread dough, cakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts or baked goods.
- Maintain clean and sanitized work area.
- Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
- Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
- Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
- Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
