Duties

• Monitor guest behavior and venue activity through CCTV surveillance systems to prevent incidents and ensure safety.
• Enforce venue policies by managing entry points, checking IDs, and controlling access to maintain a secure environment.
• Respond promptly to any disturbances or conflicts using conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations effectively.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards.
• Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations until professional medical help arrives.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to address serious incidents.
• Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or suspicious activity and reporting accordingly.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and shift logs to document any noteworthy occurrences during your shift.

Experience

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; training will be provided if not already obtained.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies is advantageous.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of security protocols, law enforcement procedures, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform patrols across the venue efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly yet authoritative demeanor to interact confidently with guests and team members alike.
