Our client, a full service real estate firm is seeking a Managing Broker. This role is located in Brooklyn, NY.
This role offers base salary commission incentives.
Duties
- Lead and supervise the brokerage team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client service.
- Supervise and support all licensed real estate agents and staff.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training for agents to improve performance and compliance.
- Oversee agent recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure accountability.
- Oversee property transactions, negotiations, and contract processes to facilitate successful sales and leasing deals
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, state and federal real estate laws, and local licensing requirements
- Manage day-to-day operations of the brokerage office.
- Maintain accurate records of all listings, contracts, and client files.
- Implement systems and processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract new clients
- Provide guidance on property management issues and support agents in customer service excellence
- Ensure the brokerage and agents adhere to all licensing regulations.
- Monitor continuing education and license renewals for all staff.
- Oversee audit preparation and review internal compliance procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks in transactions and office practices.
- Track commission splits, overrides, and brokerage revenue.
- Prepare financial reports for the Principal Broker as needed.
- Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with Principal Broker to grow brokerage revenue and market presence.
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and vendor relationships.
- Approve contracts, agreements, and operational documentation as delegated by Principal Broker.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries and operational decisions.
