The QTI Group is partnering with a real estate development company in seeking a Capital Investment Associate (Salesperson) to join their on-site team in Middleton, WI. This high-level sales role focuses on raising capital from accredited investors for multifamily real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, be polished and self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment. Compensation:
- Base Salary: Starting at $60,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Commission & Bonuses: Performance-based incentives tied to capital raised
- Earning Potential: Unlimited upside — top performers in this role often earn $600,000 annually once established
Location & Travel:
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Middleton, WI. Occasional travel is required—approximately 3–4 seminars per quarter in Milwaukee or Green Bay, with optional travel 2–3 times a year to Florida for investor seminars.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective investors who meet accredited investor criteria.
- Effectively present and communicate investment opportunities that align with investors’ financial goals.
- Collaborate with leadership, legal, finance, and development teams to ensure compliance and transparency during the capital-raising process.
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management to meet fundraising targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 10 years of professional sales experience, ideally in high-touch or consultative sales environments.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or in finance/real estate is a plus.
- Proven sales success, with experience in real estate or finance preferred but not required.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, CRM software, and other common business tools.
