The QTI Group is recruiting for a Commercial Banking Leader (AVP / VP) to join our client in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This individual will work closely with small to medium-sized businesses to understand their banking and lending needs, delivering customized solutions such as loans, lines of credit, and treasury management services. Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Compensation: Competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary will be determined based on experience and level at which this individual is hired in at (i.e., Relationship Manager, AVP, VP)
Responsibilities include:
- Drive growth by proactively developing new customer relationships through strategic prospecting and networking in the greater Milwaukee market

- Foster collaboration with Credit and Operational teams to support seamless delivery

- Champion innovation by promoting the commercial/business services initiatives and cultivating service-to-sales culture to enhance member experience and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in financial services, including 3 years in commercial lending and relationship management; SBA 504 lending experience preferred
- Deep expertise in business lending, deposit acquisition, and treasury management strategies
- Proven track record in business development and leadership
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for lending and deposit products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and professional approach toward consultative conversations, needs analysis and negotiation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities, including financial calculations and credit analysis
