The QTI Group is partnering with a Madison area company to hire a mission-driven, people-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The HRBP will support managers and teams, serving as a trusted advisor, helping to drive talent strategies, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure HR practices align with business goals. Location: Dane County, Wisconsin
Comp: $85,000-95,000
HR Partnership
- Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies across teams
- Lead and contribute to key HR projects and initiatives
Employee Relations & Coaching
- Advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Conduct investigations and support resolution of workplace concerns
- Coach managers on employee development, feedback, and organizational change
- Support engagement efforts to improve morale, productivity, and retention
HR Operations & Compliance
- Interpret and apply HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Serve as a resource for employee questions, leave of absence, ADA, and LOAs
- Partner with TA to support recruiting and onboarding efforts
- Facilitate and contribute to leadership and training programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
- HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
