The QTI Group is partnering with our Middleton-based client to hire a Customer Service Representative (Project Coordinator). In this role, you’ll support project managers by coordinating service requests, dispatching vendors, and ensuring customer technical needs are met efficiently and accurately.
This full-time, temporary position is expected to last through December 31, 2025, with a possibility for extension or hire.
The role is onsite and will operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break. The pay rate is $19/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Learn key project workflows and related operations, understand customers’ expectations.
- Develop a clear understanding of customer site network infrastructure.
- Assist project manager with dispatching vendors, negotiating vendor pricing, follow-up, etc.
- Pre-call the building location and dispatch installers to the worksite.
- Receive calls and update database.
- Attend team meetings for updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
- HS diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- 2 years of prior experience in a related field preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to structured cabling is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to complete a drug screen and background check upon accepted job offer.
