Position Overview
We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing spa team. This position may be seasonal or year-round, with part-time and full-time opportunities available.
The ideal candidate is reliable, kind, professional, and excited to work in a beautiful resort spa setting. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and can perform high-quality massage services with care and consistency.
Responsibilities
As a Licensed Massage Therapist at The Qi Lounge, you will:
- Provide professional, customized massage therapy services to spa guests
- Perform massage services for 4 or more hours per shift
- Create a relaxing, welcoming, and positive experience for every guest
- Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment room environment
- Communicate clearly and kindly with guests and team members
- Support the overall flow of the spa and work collaboratively with the team
- Follow spa protocols, sanitation standards, and service expectations
- Represent The Qi Lounge with professionalism, warmth, and a team-player attitude
Requirements
Qualified candidates should have:
- Current massage therapy license in good standing
- A team-player attitude
- Reliability and strong professional integrity
- Ability to perform 4 or more hours of massage per shift
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Availability at least 2 days per week, generally between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Desire to learn, grow, and receive mentorship
- Appreciation for a high-end spa environment and guest-centered service
Preferred Qualifications
- Training or experience in Ashiatsu massage is a plus
- Experience in a spa, resort spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
- Experience with hot stone, deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic, couples massage, body treatments, cupping, or other advanced modalities
- Interest in continuing education and expanding service offerings
Compensation & Perks
- Starting pay is $61.40/hour when performing massage
- Pay increases to $67.80/hour after 50 days of employment
- W-2 employee position

Schedule
