About the Role:
We’re looking for a massage therapist with a caring heart and professional presence to serve our Medicaid clients in Longmont, Boulder, and Loveland (driving required). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a mission-driven healthcare agency and build a steady, meaningful practice.
No prior experience with individuals with disabilities is required — just a willingness to learn and connect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to client residences and provide therapeutic massage tailored to individual needs
- Use techniques such as deep tissue, ROM (range of motion), compressions, reflexology, feather touch, etc.
- Maintain accurate session documentation in Therap (training provided)
- Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and the Alegra team
- Follow agency guidelines and maintain professional standards of care
Requirements:
- Valid Colorado Massage Therapy License
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 30 minutes between clients
- Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism
- Compassionate, patient, and personable demeanor
Preferred (Not Required):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
