We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our belief that meaningful progress happens when children feel safe, respected, and empowered. What You'll Do:
As a BCBA with The Puzzle Box, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by:
- Providing clinical oversight and supervision for ABA services
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Supporting and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborating closely with families and caregivers
- Monitoring progress and making data-informed clinical decisions
- Celebrating each child's successes—both the big breakthroughs and the small victories that matter just as much
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Active Mississippi licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Insurance credentialing with Medicaid and/or commercial payers preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs and partnering with families
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client-centered care
