Responsibilities:
As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting initial and ongoing client assessments
- Designing, managing, and evaluating ABA programs
- Supervising and mentoring staff to ensure the highest level of effectiveness
- Providing essential ABA training to parents and caregivers
- Managing client progress using our data system Ensora
- Performing other related duties as necessary.
- 25 Billable hours per week
Qualifications:
Active BCBA and LBA (if required by state)
- Masters in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience in ABA assessment, treatment planning, and supervision
- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
- Comfortable training and supporting RBTs and working with families
- Culturally responsive and committed to ethical, evidence-based care
