What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate (5pm-10pm) position at The PutAway?
ABOUT US:
The PutAway of Severna Park is a premium indoor pickleball facility featuring 22,917 square feet, 7 indoor climate-controlled courts, restrooms with showers, pro shop, and event space. Our mission is to create an environment where people create unforgettable memories, forge lifelong friendships, and fulfill their sense of belonging - all through the incredible sport of pickleball.
The Front Desk Associate’s focus will be providing superior customer service, maintaining the facility, directing guests to their reserved court, processing pro shop sales, and responding to guest inquiries and telephone calls. Other responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with management and instructors
- Booking court reservations
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Administrative tasks
- Registering new members
- Maintaining appropriate levels of supplies
- Any other duties assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Attention to detail.
- Pride in their work quality.
- Customer service experience.
COMPENSATION:
Hourly rate plus:
- Free Employee membership
- Bonus incentives (Membership and Lead Conversion commissions)

Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
