A growing, technology-driven healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Pulmonologist to join its outpatient practice in Macon, GA. The practice focuses on managing chronic respiratory conditions such as COPD, asthma, and sleep apnea through a data-driven, patient-centered approach.Physicians are fully supported with administrative, operational, and clinical infrastructure—allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality care without the burden of running a practice.
Position Overview
This is a full-time outpatient role with some inpatient consults and procedures. Providers typically see around 20 patients per day and work closely with advanced practice providers and a collaborative care team.
Qualifications
MD or DO, Board-Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine. Sleep Medicine is a plus. Must hold or be eligible for a Georgia license and have an interest in team-based, technology-enabled care.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $325,000 (Year 1 guaranteed) with a transition to an RVU-based model. Total earning potential ranges from $400,000 to $600,000 based on productivity.
Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage with tail.
