Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient team in Palm Coast, Florida.
The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient-only setting, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall patient wellness. This role offers a balanced schedule within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Perform routine check-ups, preventive care, and health screenings.
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with specialists and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Contribute to a collaborative clinical environment focused on quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited institution.
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Experience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Licensure: Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
