Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to a diverse adult population, with a focus on LGBTQ and gender-affirming care

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans

• Deliver hormone therapy management and support transitional care in coordination with specialists as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Participate in a highly collaborative care team focused on long-term patient relationships

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical license

• Experience or interest in LGBTQ healthcare, including gender-affirming care and transitional medicine

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to compassionate, inclusive, and culturally sensitive care
