Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary care services to a diverse adult population, with a focus on LGBTQ and gender-affirming care

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans

Deliver hormone therapy management and support transitional care in coordination with specialists as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Participate in a highly collaborative care team focused on long-term patient relationships
Qualifications:

MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Active or eligible for New Jersey medical license

Experience or interest in LGBTQ healthcare, including gender-affirming care and transitional medicine
