Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing educational programs aligned with curriculum standards
- Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare facility, including scheduling, safety protocols, and compliance with licensing regulations
- Coordinate staff training sessions, professional development activities, and performance evaluations
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to promote a welcoming community atmosphere
- Support administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and policy enforcement
