RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce pastries and desserts for daily restaurant service. 
• Bake breads, cakes, cookies, laminated doughs, and specialty items.
• Uphold high standards of quality, freshness, and consistency across all products.
• Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients while maintaining clean, organized pastry stations and kitchen areas.
• Full time, 5 days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for food, education, and professional growth, with genuine curiosity & pride in learning.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, clear communication, ability to multitask & remain calm under pressure.
• Possesses a hospitality-driven mindset & collaborative team approach.
• Physical stamina: ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and work on two levels with stairs.
• Previous pastry cook experience preferred. 
• Commitment of at least one year.
