Job Title: Site Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Site Manager oversees the janitorial operations and administrative activities for singular account.. Ensures that quality control measures are in place to maintain high levels of service with customer specifications/contract requirements. Maintains regular communication with supervisors and customers. Ensures that account operates within budget and helps prepare budgets to maintain profitability. Position reports to District Manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Lead, manage and direct the operations of all assigned cleaning staff and supervision. This includes both regular cleaning operations and specialty operations.

• Responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of personnel. Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with Company policies.
• Ensures that all required paperwork and reports are submitted timely and accurately, i.e. payroll, inventory controls, labor and inspections.
• Participates in regularly scheduled safety audits, risk assessments, inspections, and meetings to determine the effectiveness of safety and accident prevention activities, and to ensure compliance with all applicable safety directives.
• Conducts regulatory and safety awareness training.
• Oversee and direct assigned staff for performance reviews, new hires and terminations. Perform Corrective disciplinary action and positive reinforcement as needed with assigned staff.
• Promote and exhibit Company culture and values.
• Maintain daily communication with lead staff to resolve issues or problems. Investigate employee incidents and accidents.
• Ensure that customer cleaning specifications are being followed and check regularly on customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Associates degree or High School Diploma. Will consider experience in lieu of educational requirements.
• 3 to 5 years experience in janitorial services or service equivalent in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent organizational, customer service and management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, Excel, Word and Google email

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking and kneeling
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on a regular basis

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
