Cruise Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Professional is seeking a dedicated full-time Inside Sales Representative for one of our clients, a leading South American Cruise operator, Australis. Australis is an exclusive fjord cruise operator in Patagonia, and your role will promote and sell unique travel experiences through Travel Agents and Agencies. You will conduct outbound calls to prospective passengers to effectively manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final booking. 

By utilizing online tools and phone outreach, you will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from the database, close sales, and effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final booking. This position is office-based and requires full-time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas for outreach, leads, and revenue.
• Execute the entire sales cycle
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics in the company's CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, destinations, and pricing to communicate their value proposition effectively.
• Effective Communication
• Lead Generation and Prospecting

Full Time Position - Miami Office

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Bonus
