The Role
We’re hiring a Call Center Sales Manager to lead a team of outbound sales reps.
Your job is not to “oversee.”
Your job is to drive performance, build discipline, and improve results week over week.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning team performance (calls made, conversations, closes, revenue)
- Running daily accountability (call blocks, reporting, scorecards)
- Coaching reps live (not just meetings—real-time feedback)
- Hiring, developing, and removing people based on performance
- Building structure that creates consistency, not chaos
- Handling escalations without losing control of the team

- You’ve led people before (sales or call center preferred)
- You’re comfortable holding people accountable
- You understand that activity drives results—and you track it
