Role Description
The Warehouse Manager will manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock management, receiving, and distribution. This full-time position requires the individual to work on-site at our Garland, TX location. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, implementing efficient processes, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control processes
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- Experience in Inventory Management and high attention to accuracy
- Knowledge of Operations Management and ability to optimize warehouse workflows
- Skills in Forklift Operation and adherence to safety protocols
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus
- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
