Customer Service / Sales Representative
The Print Shop in Bloomington, MN is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused person to join our team. We work with businesses of all types, helping them with everything from business cards, brochures and envelopes to signage and other commercial print projects.
What You'll Do:
- Be a primary point of contact for customers — in person, by phone, and by email
- Take customer orders and manage projects from start to finish
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and invoices
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions
- Operate digital print equipment as needed
- Coordinate with the production team to keep jobs moving and deadlines on track
- Help with the day-to-day operation and workflow of the shop
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in the printing industry
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable talking with customers about their projects and pricing
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Basic experience with digital printing equipment
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Dependable, professional, and positive attitude

- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
