Packaging Solutions Sales Manager (CPG)

CPG shelves are crowded. The right folding carton or pressure sensitive (PS) label can make the difference—and that’s where you come in. As a Packaging Solutions Sales Manager at Meyers, you’ll convert market insight and relationships into new revenue, then guide customers from first meeting through successful onboarding and long-term success.

1. Open doors: Target and engage CPG buyers of folding cartons and PS labels to create a steady stream of qualified opportunities.
2. Use your network: Activate existing relationships to deliver early wins and momentum.
3. Build loyalty: Nurture prospects and remain a trusted partner as they become ongoing customers.
4. Elevate experience: Work closely with client success and support to improve satisfaction and retention.
5. Guide decisions: Deliver clear, timely sales forecasts and reports for senior leadership.
6. Be visible: Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to represent Meyers and expand reach.
7. Improve the engine: Collaborate across teams to sharpen our sales process from outreach through ongoing customer success.

• A minimum of 1 year selling folding cartons or pressure sensitive labels with measurable success.
• Expertise in sales strategy, negotiation, and CRM-driven relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Readiness for national travel.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strength in outside sales and hands-on packaging industry experience.
